CWG’s roving reporters happened upon a special find today! Author Ame Dyckman was reading her new book Wolfie The Bunny at the Princeton, NJ Barnes & Noble. Students from the Princeton Day School were gathered to help Ame celebrate her new release and to help kickoff summer reading. Good job, kids!

In case you haven’t read Ame’s delightful new book yet, it centers on little bunny “Dot” who arrives home one day to find a special bundle on her front steps––a wolf baby dressed in a bunny suit! Oh, no! What to do!

Dot’s parents may be crazy about their new member of the family, but she is convinced that Wolfie Bunny spells trouble! After all, he’s just going to grow bigger and hungrier … Yikes!

A terrific book that shows kids how a little understanding can lead to unexpected and wonderful friendships!

Thanks, Ame, for making the day such fun! We especially liked your pink bunny ears, and the smiles on so many children’s faces!
