Lis Ann is the Youth Services Librarian at the Shelbyville-Bedford County Public Library in Shelbyville, TN and owner of the book review blog, The Indigo Quill. With a background in English and Literature, Lis Ann has immersed herself in the book world by connecting with authors, publishers, libraries, and attending multiple conferences and festivals each year. She has membership in the American Library Association, Young Adult Library Services Association, Association for Library Service to Children, and the Tennessee Library Association. She has a deep interest in using the power of literature to merge educational and cultural gaps in upcoming generations.

Aside from writing book reviews, Lis Ann enjoys making music, hiking, and learning something new every day.
