The Mazza Museum at the University of Findlay, Ohio, houses the world’s largest collection of children’s book art (over 10,000 pieces!). It is also an esteemed educational resource center, providing conferences, book signings, and other events of interest to educators, authors, parents and young readers! Mazza’s upcoming fall conference will be one of the best in years:

Over the years, The Mazza Museum has hosted nearly 331 internationally known artists/authors of children’s picture books who have enriched more than 5,000 book lovers from 40 states and five countries, many of whom have returned time and time again, forming lasting friendships with artists, participants and our conference staff. This weekend conference should prove to be one of the best Mazza has ever held. Just take a look at the keynote artists who will speak during the conference, including Matthew Reinhart, Michael Buckley, Molly Idle, LeUyen Pham, Henry Cole and Amy Rosenthal. Plus, as always, we still have the “discount” book sale and autographing by the artist/authors. It is no wonder so many of our participants come back year after year.
