Cindy Williams Schrauben is an educator and former magazine editor who is working to fulfill the lifelong dream of becoming a published author for children. When her own kids left the nest, Cindy cleared out their bedroom and created a writing studio of her own… time to jump in with both feet.

Cindy writes picture books, primarily, but has dipped her toes into the middle grade and young adult markets, as well. As a small-town Midwesterner, Cindy has always found comfort in her literary travels, believing that books can take you anywhere… if only you let them.
